Some Tips To Lower Stress Levels

I just saw this article in Yahoo and I think it's a pretty good list on how to make life less stressful each day.

Some of the things in the list that I do include:

- Don’t wear tight clothes or uncomfortable shoes. (Don't go to formal parties.)
- Make a list. (That's what I'm doing.)
- Listen to a favorite song. (Hey Jude! by the Beatles.)
- Have a good book to read. (A book by Bob Ong.)
- Exercise. (Post work out high is the best.)
